7. Have your thyroid hormonal levels and thyroid function checked from your doctor. Your tests results can come back as normal (within normal ranges) however, you still may be hypothyroid. Studies show that subclinical hypothyroidism often goes undetected. Therefore require having TSH, T3 and T4 tested, to see how much of the T4 you are converting to T3.
